Accommodation Bookings

• Chateau Civil does not permit bookings with children under the age of 12. Parents or legal guardians must sign a waiver for all minors 12 and above for stays at Chateau Civil. 

Noise (Accommodation Bookings)

• No loud noise after 10:00 pm.

Smoking

• No smoking inside or within 20 feet of the property. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area - The High Garden.                                        

Open Flames

• Candle and incense burning is strictly prohibited on the property.

• Outdoor grilling is permitted only in designated, authorized outdoor areas.

Inappropriate behavior & use of alcohol or drugs:

• Moderate and controlled use of alcohol on the premises is acceptable, whereas possession and use of drugs is strictly forbidden (by law) at all times. Chateau Civil reserves the right to terminate any guest’s stay immediately, without prior notice or refund, in the event of any acts of aggression, violence (verbal or physical), disturbance of the neighbors, damage to property or any use of alcohol deemed inappropriate or if found under the influence of drugs.

Parties and Events

• No parties or events unless authorized by Chateau Civil.

• Unless otherwise authorized, event cut off time - MIDNIGHT

• Only approved service providers are permitted on Chateau Civil property.

Food and Drinks

• Guests are responsible for the purchase of their own food and drinks as well as the preparation of meals, unless otherwise arranged.

Pool Usage

• Guests are required to rinse off thoroughly before using the pool or jacuzzi.

• Swim at your own risk - pool safety equipment available however, there is no lifeguard on duty.

• No children allowed in the pool without adult supervision.

• No diving.

• No food or drinks allowed in the pool.

Sky Terrace

• Access at your own risk.

Pets

• No pets allowed.

Garbage Disposal

• Please keep our property clean! Kindly make use of garbage bins inside the villa and on the property.
