Accommodation Bookings

Overnight guests of Chateau Civil must be 12 and over. Parents or legal guardians must sign a waiver for all minors for overnight stays at Chateau Civil.

Noise (Accommodation Bookings)

Smoking

Absolutely no smoking inside buildings. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area - The High Garden.

Open Flames

Inappropriate behavior & use of alcohol or drugs:

Moderate and controlled use of alcohol on the premises is acceptable, whereas possession and use of drugs is strictly forbidden (by law) at all times. Chateau Civil reserves the right to terminate any guest’s stay immediately, without prior notice or refund, in the event of any acts of aggression, violence (verbal or physical), disturbance of the neighbors, damage to property or any use of alcohol deemed inappropriate or if found under the influence of drugs.

Parties and Events

No parties or events are to be hosted by guests unless authorized by Chateau Civil.
Unless otherwise authorized, event cut off time - MIDNIGHT
Only approved service providers are permitted on Chateau Civil property.

Food and Drinks

Guests are responsible for the purchase of their own food and drinks as well as the preparation of meals, unless otherwise arranged.
Guests are kindly asked to make use of dining spaces available.

Pool Usage

Guests are required to rinse off thoroughly before using the swimming pool and spa pool.
Swim at your own risk - pool safety equipment is available however, there is no lifeguard on duty.
No children allowed in the pool without adult supervision.
No diving.
No food or drinks allowed in the pool.
