For your protection, only make payments through this official payment page using the Booking Confirmation Code provided in your confirmation email. Payments made through this portal are encrypted and processed securely.

A reservation deposit of thirty percent (30%) for accommodation is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable. This amount will be applied to your total fee.
Full payment for accommodation or venue rental must be received by the due date specified in your confirmation email to maintain your reservation.
By submitting a payment, you acknowledge and agree to Chateau Civil's Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, House Rules or any applicable Event Policies.
For all bookings, a refundable security deposit is required and is calculated at 10% of the total fee or a minimum of $150 USD. The security deposit is held separately from your accommodation/venue booking payment and is not applied toward your balance. The security deposit may be used to cover documented damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, misuse of the property, policy violations or other authorized charges incurred during your stay.
Following a satisfactory post-departure inspection, the security deposit will be refunded. Depending on your financial institution, this refund may take several business days to appear in your account.
Payments are processed in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) through our secure payment system and all transaction information is encrypted for your protection.
