It is important to establish clear expectations with our guests when it comes to our property. Chateau Civil has therefore prepared the following rental policy for your review and acknowledgement. Please ensure that you thoroughly read and understand this policy as well as the Villa Rules before requesting to book with us.

All Bookings must be pre approved.

Two night minimum stay.

A thirty percent (30%) non-refundable deposit is due upon your booking approval. The balance is due in full, seven (7) days before the booking start date.

Check in time - 2:00 pm.

Check out time - 11:00 am. Late check out is subject to availability.

Guests are responsible for any missing items, excessive soiling, damages or repairs resulting from misuse during their stay.

All notices of cancellation must be made in writing.
Other Fees

Property Protection - A refundable property protection deposit or card authorization is required prior to check-in to cover missing items, excessive cleaning, damages, or policy violations. Any unused portion will be released promptly following a post-departure inspection.

Professional Cleaning and Turnover
*Fees are calculated based on the booking type selected and will be reflected on your Reservation Proposal.
